Eminentissime,

Nuper accepi litteras Tuas datas Romae die 21 martii 1960.

Numquam accepi litteras datas die 18 iunii 1959 de quibus facta est mentio in recentibus litteris. Me poenitet huius facti. Fortasse error irrepsit in tabellarum diribitorio.

Cum his litteris adiungo ≪animadversiones, consilia et vota≫, uti postulantur.

Eminentiae Tuae Rev.mae
Addictissimus

Most Eminent,

I recently received your letter given in Rome on 21 March 1960.

I never received the letter of 18 June 1959, which was mentioned in the recent letter. I am sorry for this fact. It may be that an error crept into the sorting of letters.

With this letter, I present “observations, suggestions and wishes” as requested.

Your Most Reverend Eminence’s
very devoted
